If no staff members are visible in-game, you can use the /helpop command to send a message directly to all online staff. For more serious issues, please join our Official Discord and open a support ticket in the #support channel.
Starting your empire is easy! Use the command /f create [name] to create your faction. Once created, you can set a description with /f desc and start inviting friends using /f invite [player].
To link your account, go to our website and click on "Sign Up". During the process, you may be asked to run a command like /register in-game to verify your identity. This ensures your stats and ranks are synced correctly.
To buy a rank, simply navigate to the "Ranks" category in our store. Select the rank you want, click "Add to Cart", and enter your exact Minecraft username. Proceed to checkout, choose your payment method, and once confirmed, your rank will be delivered in-game within minutes!
Voting helps our community grow! Use the command /vote in-game to receive a list of voting links. For every vote, you'll receive rewards like Vote Keys, In-game Currency, or temporary Perks. Check the /voterewards command to see what you can win today!
Yes! You can easily buy items for your friends. When you add a package to your cart, the store will ask for a Username. Simply enter your friend's Minecraft name instead of your own. The items will be delivered directly to them the next time they log in.
If you have a coupon code from an event or giveaway, go to your Shopping Cart. Before clicking checkout, look for the "Redeem Coupon" box. Enter your code and click apply to see your new total. Note that coupons usually have an expiration date, so use them fast!
Mistakes happen! If you bought the wrong package, do not use the items/rank in-game. Immediately join our Discord and open a Billing Support Ticket. If you haven't used the items yet, we can usually help you swap them for the correct package.
